Shipping Policy

If you are in Rosarito we will be happy to personally deliver and set up service for you at no cost.  We will ship to your address in the US standard UPS ground charges apply.  Shipping international Standard DHL rates apply 

  1. Shipping Date and cost are listed on invoice

  2. Rosarito Baja California FREE in the USPS or UPS charges apply

  3. International rates apply using DHL

  4. Shipping is from San Diego CA 

Payment is required before Z11 Pro is shipped Tracking number will be texted to your mobile phone. 

Service has a 30 day warrantee shipping returns are paid for at no charge. All contents must be included in original box for a refund.  Refunds are provided through VENMO. You must have a Venmo account for a refund
